Who Am I?
My name is Jean Salamoun, I’m 18 years old and I’ve been passionate about cooking since I was 8 years old. My cooking journey started with simple scrambled eggs, it then quickly moved onto the more refined aspects of cooking. One of my very first dishes was a seared scallop with a side of cauliflower purée and a quail egg on top. I find cooking fascinating, especially when all the different flavors of the dish come together so exquisitely on a plate. I always enjoy seeing the expression on people’s faces when they taste good food. In the future, I hope to work in the food and beverage industry, so I've decided to start here, with Just Bao.
